Frothy coffee foam atop chilled milk, Dalgona Coffee has taken the whole world by a storm and is definitely worth trying.
Super simple to make with primarily just 3 ingredients, Dalgona is a version of our Desi ‘phitti hui coffee’, just taken up a notch. The easy to remember ratio of 1:1:1 for coffee : sugar : water is what makes it uncomplicated, something than even a newbie to the kitchen can whip up in no time.
I love my coffee and hence, decided to give it a try. Happy to report, this dalgona coffee fad is here to stay, thanks to the delicious outcome.
I made a regular, plain dalgona coffee, one with cocoa powder and one with caramel sauce.
My favorite? Caramel Dalgona > Cocoa Dalgona = Plain(regular) Dalgona
