Coconut Surprise Oreo Laddoos | Recipe

Laddoos happen to be a savior of a mithai, thanks to how easy they are to make, and the good shelf life, makes it viable to make them in advance, and gorge, whenever cravings strike.

Classic, of course, is besan laddoo, and then there is the simple 2 ingredient coconut laddoos (Condenced milk and Dessicated coconut), but if you’re looking for something different and exciting, something that children, and adults, would enjoy, then try my recipe of these Coconut surprise oreo laddoos, that are made with everyone’s favourite oreo cookies, and are stuffed with coconut laddoos, giving you the best of both words.

Combine 2 packets of crushed Oreos, 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate, 1/4 cup ghee. Combine to form a dough. {If it appears too dry, adjust by adding more ghee}. 3.
