Traditional Ukadiche Modak for Ganesh Chaturthi | Recipe

As we usher in the divine energy of Ganesh Chaturthi, I invite you to join me in crafting the sacred Ukadiche Modak – a heartfelt offering to Lord Ganesha.

In my kitchen, the air is filled with the aroma of steamed rice flour and the sweetness of coconut jaggery filling. These handcrafted delights, with their pillowy-soft texture, encapsulate the essence of tradition and devotion.
